DSK is proud of his Sins but investors are in hell .


Yes , that’s true !


DSK’s downfall began when they started diverting investor’s funds from their original business of real estate to other business. That was their first sin.


Then they started envying their original business of real estate and diversified (?) to other businesses.


However all of these businesses were milked by DSKDL only.


One of the DSK group companies’ is Talisman Hospitality services pvt. Ltd ( THSPL)


THSPL runs a restaurant cum night club called ‘Sin Envy Pride’ .It opens late in the evening.

Programs like Misbehave Wednesday, Thrifty Thursday, sinful Saturday, sinset Sunday are organised here. Many times free liquor is offered to Ladies.


This restaurant entity is very small compared to other DSK businesses.  However Reason behind writing this in detail is, like other business funds from DSKDL funds were also diverted to this restaurant.


DSKDL has signed an agreement with this restaurant for availing  restaurant/ hotel/ hospitality/ conference room services at the normal terms as offered to the independent customers up to an aggregate amount not exceeding  25 lac  rupees.

What would have the ordered from this restaurant which opens at 8 P.M



Though 25  lac rupees is very small amount but this is how DSKDL’s  crores of  were diverted to DSK Family’s private limited companies and partnership firms.

Here are some more examples of money siphoning


DSK Motors Pvt. Ltd –

1.            For Purchasing cars at prices at prevailing market rates at the value not exceeding `1 cr.

2.            For Availing spares and servicing facility for all the motor vehicles of Toyota make at the card rates offered by DSK Toyota at the value not exceeding 50 lacs.

D. S. Kulkarni & Company –

1.            For Sale of flats on c o m m i s s i o n calculated at the rate of 3% of the total costing of the project, total commission not exceeding  46,29,240/  (DSK Sadaphuli )

2.            For Sale of flats on c o m m i s s i o n calculated at the rate of 3% of the total costing of the project, total commission not exceeding  `1,68,63,860/- (DSK Chaitraban)

D. S. Kulkarni & Associates

1.            For Sale of flats on c o m m i s s i o n calculated at the rate of 3% of the total costing of the project,total commission not exceeding 1,68,90,380/- (DSK Pushpaban)

DSK Global Education and Research Ltd.

1.            For Sale of flats on c o m m i s s i o n calculated at the rate of 3% of the total costing of the project,total commission not exceeding ` 1,74,86,670/- (DSK Anandghan)
DSK Global Education and Research Ltd

1.            For Availing cafeteria facility for an amount of ` 100/- per day, per head at the normal terms offered by the said DSK Global and on an arm’s length basis at prevailing market prices, for an aggregate amount not exceeding ` 40,00,000/- ( DSK Dream City)

DSK Worldman Projects –

1.      1.  for Sale of flats on commission  calculated at the rate of 3% of the total costing of the project, total commission not exceeding  47,83,485/-

Interestingly company having in business of real estate does its own office . It has taken premises for offices on rent from D S Kulkarni & Associates, D S Kulkarni & Company and Hemanti Kulkarni etc.

And off course heavy rent is being paid as rental amount to these entities

Since DSk scam has been exposed there is flood of rumors and misleading statements on social media.

Now the scam has taken interesting but dangerous turn. There are hardly any chances that investors wiil get all their money back.

However DSK well-wishers and supporters are turning blind eye on naked facts.

It has been now crystal clear that DSK’s liabilities are far more than his assets .

DSK’s liabilities are around 6,000 Crore rupees   ( six thousand crores) while his assets are not more than 1,000 Crore ( One thousand crore  Rupees)

Secured charges of all the banks on DSK and their Private limited Companies are around 2992.84 Crore ( Two Thousand nine hundred and ninety two crores rupees) .

This is not exaggerated figure this information is available on website ministry of corporate affairs .



Apart from that DSKs partnership firms must be having loans and liabilities, but that info is not available.

DSK’s partnership firms include DSK & Co, Amit & Company, Gharkul, Rasa Group, D.S. Kulkarni & Brothers,  D.S. Kulkarni and Sons, DSK & Sons, D.S. Kulkarni & Company, D.S. Kulkarni & Associates, DSK & Associates, DSK Sales & Services

Besides that fixed deposits from public estimated at around Rs1,000 crore, unsecured loans of Rs1,100 crore, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of Rs140 crore, statutory liabilities of Rs100 crore, money received from customers Rs815 crore.

This total goes to more than 6,000 crores ( six thousand crore rupees)

DSK’s assets are not more than  1000 Crore rupees. 

However for sake of argument if we agree with DSK supports that his assets are worth 1800 crore rupees even than that is not sufficient to clear bank loans . 

Then Forget about returning investors money.

Instead of facing truth they are busy in spreading rumors and misleading other investors.

On last hearing on D S Kulkarni’s anticipatory bail in high court APP has categorically submitted that the Investigating Officer has just now arrived in the Court and he has to take instructions and peruse the record. And at his request case was adjourned till 17 November .

Till then interim relief was granted to DSK   and condition was imposed on him that he shall not tamper with the evidence and/or pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

However immediately after hearing news appeared on social media as if court itself asked DSK to come with concrete proposal.

What could be the reason behind spreading such news ?

One thing is clear for DSK legal option of getting rid of this situation have become narrower , hence he is finding emotional option.

Immediately after HC hearing DSK supporters became active they started signature campaign to support him. Started calling people to convince them.

Even DSK also became active on social media appealing investors.

However these things are not going to work for DSK.

Whether he gets or not anticipatory or regular bail is not going to affect case, it will continue.

Another funny thing is , the DSKDL’s board meeting scheduled on 14th November for the quarter ended 30 September 2017 and Annual General Meeting for FY2016-17was postponed indefinitely .
The reason given for postponement was interesting , It said ““A complaint has been lodged by the deposit holder with the EOW of Maharashtra Police in connection with non-refund of deposit by two promoter group entities. The promoter group entities are not this listed company. In the process of investigation, the EOW has taken into custody, the accounting, secretarial and other records, both physical as well as electronically maintained, of the group entities including this company. The appeal for release of records by EOW is been made and is in process of preparation.

FIR was filed against DSK on 28th October .

The police searched DSKDL properties on 2nd  November.

Even then in pune special court submitted proposal to return invertors money in High Court also he is ready to submit proposal.

On both these occasions DSK didn’t find any difficulty in submitting proposal despite record seizures.

But for Board and AGM meeting he finds difficulty.

Reason is obvious!

If they conduct AGM then audit report will have to be submitted and if last years audit report is out Pandora’s box will open, because auditors have already clarified that they were not satisfied with the accounts submitted by DSKDL and also put question mark on companies’ ability to continue business.

Now its up to DSK's investors to open eyes ot to keep faith on rumors.

Already more than 3000 complaints ave been filed against DSKs in all over Maharashtra.

Government of Maharashtra has also decided to appoint a single monitoring agency to look in into progress of the probe and to rope in multiple agencies like RBI , SEBI , RoC. 

One thing is for sure as money involved in DSK scam is huge !

However that money has not been vanished in air.

It must be somewhere 

And only way to find out that money is Maharashtra Protection Of Interest Of Depositors Act (mpid) Act !

Temple Rose Investment Scam: 3,700 agents under the police scanner ...

More than 3,700 agents are under the police scanner in Temple Rose Real Estate Pvt Ltd (TREEPL) investment scam. Economic Offences wing ( EoW) have registered cases against TREEPL, its associate companies, directors and agents in 400 crore investment scam. The cases have been registered under Maharashtra protection of interest of depositors Act (MPID) and various other sections of Indian Penal code. Under MPID authorities have right to seize properties of companies, its directors, partners , associates and agents purchased by the amount of the crime proceeds. In TREEPL case many agents have received more than crore rupees as a commission.



Police is in possession list of all the TRREPL agents spread over Maharashtra. Along with TRREPL director Devidas Sajnani one agent Ramesh Aghicha has been sent to magistrate custody after police custody. So far Police have frozen 68 bank accounts and seized 440 acres of land, car, 13 mobile phones, laptop, computer 7.5 lakh rupees cash and deposits given towards house and office of the agents. 

To avoid police enquiry some agents have changed their postal addresses and mobile numbers. However that may not help in longer run because they have to recover the entire amount involved TRREPL investment scam. The police Inspector of EoW Pune Mr. Rajesh Puranik has appealed citizens and all those concerned to communicate if they know addresses and phone numbers of TRREPL agents.

Some day or other police will definitely going to knock their TRREPL agents’ doors. To avoid all this embarrassment it is better for the agents to deposit the amount received in TRREPL deals with police or court. The list of TRREPL is reproduced below. TRREPL Investment scam: 68 bank accounts frozen, 440 acres of land, car and 13 mobile phones seized by EoW Pune

68 bank accounts have been frozen and 440 acres of land, car, 13 mobile phones,  laptop, computer 7.5 lakh rupees cash and  deposits given towards house and office of the agents have been seized from directors, agents of crore Temple Rose Real Estate Pvt . Ltd (TRREPL ). Economic Offences Wing (EoW)  of Pune police has seize this property in 400 crore TRREPL  investment scam case. Surprisingly, though TRREPL scam is spread over all over Maharashtra and other states also and thousands of investors have been duped for hundreds of crores of rupees surprisingly no political party, leader or administration has uttered a single word about this case.

EoW Pune City is investigating criminal case filed under section 409, 420, 467, 468, r/w. 34, 120 (b) IPC, sec. 3 of Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, sec. 3, 4, 5, of Prize Cheat and Money Circulation (Banning) Act, 1978 has been registered by Mrs. Nitin Shukla against the directors, promoters, office bearers, agents and other known and unknown persons concerned and connected with the TRREPL and Temple Rose Group of Companies (TRGC ).


After a long stay in Police Custody main accused in this case TRREPL director Devidas Sajnani and agent Ramesh Aghicha are still in magistrate custody while Keshav Narayan Iddya, Markas Yohan Thorat, Deepa Devidas Sajnani, Vanita Devidas Sajnani, Sunil Dada Gaji , Dharmesh Narendra Joshi, Sharmila Dharmesh Joshi , Kanhaiyalal Narayadas Sadhawani , Ashok Toalaram Pamnani , Sapna Ramesh Aghicha , Sweta Ramesh Aghicha and Shrikant Parmeshwar Jaiswal have applied for anticipatory bail.

Without political leaders’ or administration’s support it is impossible to  run any scam in India. The way TRREPL directors, their associates bought huge lands violating all the Land Laws in various parts of Maharashtra, indicates that they have support from political parties, leaders and administration also. Otherwise it is difficult for anybody to buy lands violating ceiling on holding Agricultural Lands, prevention of fragmentation of agriculture land. Nobody can buy agriculture land unless he is agriculturist. However TRREPL people who do not have seen the agriculture in their entire life easily managed to obtain agriculturist certificate.


One can imagine the reason behind political leaders’ or administration’s silence. We have earlier witnessed such silence after arrest of Mahesh Motewar of Samruddha Jeevan scam.  Almost every political party or leader had good relations with him. After his arrest only that support vanished. If we track other companies associated with TRREPL , Devidas Sajnani and his associates we can sense involvement of political persons.

Temple Rose Group of Companies (TRG) was not only involved in Real Estate or plotting scams it had also planned Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) scheme in the name of wellness industry. Glossy brochures were printed. They were  promising income of whopping 1.63 crore only in 14 months to the agents .TRG had also advertised wellness products like pills etc.

TRREPL is not a small scam; thousands of investors have been duped by them. In Pingori ‘Rose City’ project itself more than 4000 investors had invested 5200 plots. They have 42 such schemes all over Maharashtra and more than 1300 hundred agents. With this number one can imagine number of investors and money involved in this scam. Out of 4000 investors of “Rose City “Pingori  project  more than 1000 are from defence establishments, large number of them are NRIs  and hence cannot file a complaint or depose before investigation Officer. That is the reason why only 200 complaints have been filed in EoW pune and few in Mumbai. Nobody from 42 other projects has come forward to lodge a complaint. And none of these investors in all these schemes have received any plot or their money back.


As the cases against TRREPL have been filed under Maharashtra Protection of interest of depositors Act ( MPID) also. Under this act authorities can seize, sell and compensate investors. But to happen those authorities have to recover proceeds of crime. Out of 1300 TRREPL agents some have received amount of more than one crore rupees. To avoid police custody some agents have shown willingness to deposit money received in this scam with police or court. However his number is very less. From others this money has to be recovered . Some of them have diverted these amounts to buy other properties or things. As per act these properties also have to be seized. And hence it is difficult for EoW Pune or Mumbai only to investigate and seize all the properties of TRREPL directors, agents and its associates. Considering these facts government needs to constitute Special Investigation Team ( SIT) or hand this case over to central Bureau of Investigation.

TRREPL Case; Classic example of Police Public Participation….

Case filed against Temple Rose Real Estate Pvt. Ltd ( TRREPL) plotting and investment fraud is classic example of Police Public participation (PPP) .And that is the reason why TRREPL director is behind bars and chances of getting  investors money back  have increased. Thanks to  Rajesh Puranik, Police inspector of Economic Offences Wing ( EoW) who under the guidance of Commissioner Rashmi Shukla and DCP Sudhir Hiremath not only had a proactive dialogue with TRREPL investors but also  invoked Maharashtra Protection of Interest of  Depositors  Act (MPID)  in this case. Under MPID competent  authorities can seize and sell accused persons properties .Even if accused have sold or transferred the property to third party , authorities can seize those also. In TRREPL case even though accused have transferred properties to third party authorities may seize those.

The MPID court yesterday extended TRREPL directors Devidas Sajnani’s police custody till 5th June. Other Directors of company are absconding and hearing on sajanani’s wife and Daughter’s interim bail application is also postponed till  5th June. The MPID Act, deals with a speedy remedy for recovery of payments in default and also provide remedy by criminal proceedings with stringent punishments and attachment of property. As per the Act, fraudulent default by a financial establishment attracts conviction for every person responsible for the management of the Establishment including the promoter, partner, director, manager or an employee.

Normally in plotting scams people don’t come forward to lodge a complaint because most of times  the agents involved in such scams are their own relatives or acquaintances .And hence investors don’t dare to file police complaints against their  own people. As well some times police also don’t take cognizance of such cases due to lack of sufficient proof. And that is the reason why PPP becomes more  important. Unless people help police in such matters they can not move forward.

In TRREPL case the investors formed some teams to help police. A team of Mubina Sanaula, Deepali Deshmukh , Rashmi Nehete,Prithviraj pardeshi, Prathamesh Pore and Pravin Jain went all the way to Mumbai .In first round of visit they helped police to arrest Sajnani  under guidance of PI Rajesh Puranik  and in  second round they went to sajnani’s home to make panchnama of documents.Other team of  Rushikesh Chinchole, suvarna jagtap and Santosh Rahane along with police went to Pingori . Where Sajanani showed a peace of land that never belonged to him but had sold the plots under various schemes. Police made panchanama of Pingori land.

Helping police was not easy job for investors , because  TRREPL scam is organised crime also. Their stooges had already mixed up with genuine investors and misguiding them since long .They were also preventing them from filling complaint against TRREPL .Keeping all the activities  secret from stooges was really a tough job. Even then they managed it skilfully.

In TRREPL there is team of 15 to 20 persons who  are involved in this entire scam as owners. TRREPL  directors have properties all over Maharashtra. If investors in TRREPL scam want their money back they have to keep the momentum going till the final outcome.

Till date , under the MPID,  more than  200 cases of financial fraud have been registered , involving property worth Rs. 14.000 crore approximately .This number is very less if compared to unregistered cases. Unless investors dare to file complaint police can do nothing. Though number of investors helping police is very less compared to 5294 plots in Rose city scheme, They have shown the way. Now its up to other investors to come forward or not. Under MPID only the persons register the complaints may get it back.

Temple Rose Real Estate Investment Scammer sent to five day police custody in Pune

Today Main culprit in Temple Rose Real Estate scam Devidas Sajnani was sent to Five day police remand. Sajnani is the main culprit in recent cheating scam worth 400 crore rupees . Economic Offences wing ( EoW) Pune had arrested sajnani from Mumbai and produced him before Maharashtra Protection of Investor deposit  ( MPID) court in Pune . TRREPL had launched real estate project named  “ Rose City” in village  Pingori in Purandar tehasil of Pune city and sold around 5294 plots under Guaranteed buy back, Income growth , equated monthly installment, guaranteed double in 36 months.However after realizing cheating one of investors Mrs Nitin Shukla Tiwari filed complaint with EoW Pune and Mumbai.

TRREPL’s associate company Temple Rose Livestock Farming Pvt. Ltd. (TRLFPL) had purchased ( Sale deed no 4864/2010, 4865/2010 &  2978/2011)  around 176 hector of land in pingori village of Pune  sold it in 2016 ( 1199/2016)for agriculture purpose to sharmila joshi , Nipa chithalia,dooria bahrainwala , Narayan Parmar,Biman Das, Rajesh Gandhi,husaini bahrainwala, Dilipkumar Chhajed,Ashraf bahrainwala,Suresh Shiwale & Pravin Thorve. But mean while TRREPL has also sold around 5294  so called proposed N.A plots on the same piece of land to gullible investors. It had also put names of the pot purchasers on its website.

Earlier Investors in temple rose real estate (TRREPL) schemes were running from pillar to post when they realized cheating. But things were not going in positive way because  the stooges of company were already mixed with them pretending themselves  as gullible investors. These stooges were misguiding real investors.However  Economic offences ( EoW) wing of Pune Police took positive initiative and had dialogue with investors of TRREPL . After Commissioner of police Mrs Rashmi Shukla’s permission Police Inspector Rajseh Puranik  had dialogue with TRREPL investors.After that on 24th may 2017 under guidance of DCP sudhir Hiremath team of police dramatically arrested sajnani from Mumbai.
